We partnered with Kemistry to create an honest, hardworking brand for telecoms giant DIGI, powering the business’s growth across Europe.

The situation

Rapidly expanding across Europe, DIGI also has a 25 year heritage in its home market Romania where it’s the nation’s largest provider by far, bringing mobile, internet and TV to families across the country. With bold growth plans already in motion and shifting demographics to manage, the business needed a reenergised brand that would celebrate its notable history while exciting new audiences at home and abroad.

The solution

This wasn’t simply a design challenge – it was a top-level, 360° strategic brand undertaking. We reinvented DIGI from the foundations up, creating a new identity that captured the organisation’s role as an honest provider. While competitors often sell a false image of a utopian future, we positioned DIGI as present, reliable and fair, supporting customers every day by lifting them up in small yet meaningful moments, empowering people to be themselves.

Building a new
font family.

We crafted a bespoke typeface – DIGI Sans. Smooth forms, open characters and curves with minimal stroke contrast bring clarity and readability, with all-important personality, reflecting the brand’s innate qualities.
